Let us bring a touch of nature and some dramatic fresh flower style into your business.
 
Our team of corporate florists have between them over 40 years of experience working on fresh flower installations from a single bijou vase to dressing 8 floors of a city office block with everything from theatrical entrance arrangements to table centers in the board room.
 
This type of floristry requires an experienced team with a broad knowledge of everything from how to find the perfect vase or container for your space, down to ensuring the best quality stems are used for long life.
 
With an international team, we are able to stylize our work from the traditional to the fashion forward, encompassing design themes from across the globe. Whilst experience has taught us a great deal, there is no substitute for coming to see your space, gaining an understanding of your environment and style and proposing the best fresh flower solutions for your place of work.

 

Our Sourcing

We have invested in several direct relationships with our flower growers and through this are able to source unusual varieties and ensure the environmental impact of this process is minimized. We buy fair trade roses direct from our grower in Ecuador and are certified carbon neutral as we offset the carbon produced by transporting these, ensuring that all our flowers have zero flower miles. Closer to home we buy 40% of our flowers direct from British farms. These flowers, bought locally in season, are strong and scented and this commitment works to build support for British growers who over the last half a century have watched their domestic business challenged by import.

We currently provide fresh weekly flowers for, amongst others, The Intercontinental Hotel, Reuters, GDR Capital, Browns Hotel, Cameron Mckenna, CBRE, Norton Rose & the BT Tower.

Services you can expect

To ensure we understand what you require from your fresh flower contract, our approach follows…
  1. We will conduct an initial consultation with you on site to agree your requirements and discuss your unique design
  2. We will visit weekly (or as agreed) to install your fresh flowers and each time we visit we will re work the design and rotate the vases and containers we use to keep the displays seasonal and the designs inspirational.
  3. The option of a mid week (top up) service to keep your flowers at their best is available to you, and recommended.
  4. We work to a service level agreement that you are comfortable with and aim to agree this ahead of the first installation – so you can have confidence in what to expect from the start.
  5. To make the most of the ever changing world of flowers, we will invite you to join our sales director for a quarterly review – a chance for feedback and suggestions.
  6. On a more regular basis there is dedicated client support at Moyses Stevens head office available Monday to Friday to help with any questions you have relating to your installations, or ongoing service.
  7. As the environmental responsibility is increasingly incumbent on all of us, we offer a complimentary labeling service for your installation which using a discreet, framed, mini poster, explains the origin and environmental credentials of the flowers used in your arrangement each week.
